Life doesn't pause because you got sober. This is where you bring all of it.
Relationships, work stress, family stuff, identity questions, spirituality, the 2am "who even am I now" moments — it all shows up here, in the open, without needing to sort it into a category first. This channel exists because isolation is the real relapse trigger, not the substance. Connection is the antidote — and that only works if you actually say the real thing.
What this is not: a place to perform having it together. Messy, unresolved, mid-processing posts are not just welcome — they're the whole point.
A few honest prompts to get you started, any day you're not sure what to post:
What's something you're carrying right now that you haven't said out loud yet?
What relationship in your life feels different since you got sober?
What's a moment this week you almost didn't want to talk about — but should?
Your first move: Reply to someone else's post before you write your own. Real talk starts by showing up for someone first.
